The SageWood HOA would like to remind all home owners to please observe the following guidelines which are meant to create a clean, peaceful neighborhood for all of us. If you rent your home, please make sure that your tennants know to follow these guidelines as well. Thank you!
- Please do not park recreational vehicles (RV campers, boats, trailers, snowmobiles, ATVs, etc) in the street or driveways at any time.
- Cars may be parked in the street for up to 24 consecutive hours at a time only.
- Please scoop and clean up after your dog or other pets. Do not allow your dog to roam the neighborhood unattended and please do not leave piles for your neighbors to have to clean up.
- Garbage and recycling bins and carts should be stored out of view from the street (behind a fence, in the garage, etc).
The alley way should be kept clear of any and all debris. Please dispose of trash, recycling and any other items you no longer use properly.
